  1. In a blender, add spinach, yogurt, avocado, pineapple, pineapple juice, milk, honey, and peppermint extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice chips and blend to desired consistency.
  3. Garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes and chia seeds (optional)!
